Bee Barn at Zolfo Springs View this post on Instagram We had a peaceful night courtesy of Harvest Hosts and the Bee Barn in Zolfo Springs. I'd noticed this honey spot while in the area a few years ago on an allergy-fighting mission – they have a good selection of honey, despite the fact that they focus on pollinators, not honey production (it's a happy by-product of the main business). I noticed an RV parked up then, and found out they'd just joined the Harvest Hosts program. Popped that tidbit into my mental notebook, and was happy to find myself in the area at dusk. They were super accommodating and welcoming, despite my short notice, and still offer a tempting selection of honey and other items (I went with Orange Blossom and 3 sticks – banana, pink lemonade, and buckwheat – all naturally flavoured). If you're an HH member, this is a good stop, if you're looking for honey, it's also a great place! • • #harvesthostsforthewin @harvesthosts @thebeebarnbarnatzolfosprings #peaceriverbees #cantuapiaries #bees #sleepingwiththebees #offgrid #boondocking @visithardee #zolfosprings #LoveFL #floridacrackertrail A post shared by Sara | RV Travel in the US (@thelonglongroad) on Feb 6, 2020 at 9:49am PST
