Rockport Walmart

Too overcast for much of a sunset, but I did catch the moon over Walmart. They had a handy reminder when I wandered inside 📆😬 and were displaying a heckuva lot of patriotism, on both a state and national level 🇺🇸 Tragedy struck as I pulled out of their ridiculously long RV/boat trailer spots (mostly taken up by semis and passenger cars) – I'd thought I'd hit a bird coming through all the farm fields earlier, looked high and low and found no evidence. Perhaps it got stuck up in the undercarriage and hitched a ride north, dropping out here 😢 I'm pretty sure this is only the third feathered friend with whom I've had a fatal run-in. Not bad for the length of time I've been on the road.
