Mazama Store (1) View this post on Instagram Coming out of the mountains, into the Methow Valley, the first place you run across (if you turn off of the main highway and go looking!), is the Mazama Store. Seemingly in the middle of nowhere, this place is a surprising gem! It reminds me of the unexpected find I made in the middle of Texas, the Camp Verde General Store, if you were following along earlier this year – so much goodness in such a remote spot! • • Before I show you around inside, let me note their dedication to reducing waste, with an emphasis on reusable items. If you don't have your own mug for coffee/tea, they offer you a brilliant mason jar alternative for just $1. You can return the plain ones for a refund, or opt for their logoed version if you want to keep it. They almost make it too easy to jump on board with the #refusethecup idea! • • @mazamastore @campverdegeneralstore #bringyourowncup #disposablefreemethow #reduce #reuse #ecofriendly #methowvalley #pct #cascadeloop #visitwashington #beearthfriendly #feelingloopy A post shared by Sara | RV Travel in the US (@thelonglongroad) on Sep 3, 2019 at 10:46am PDT
