Flying J – San Antonio

View this post on Instagram

After getting clean at the Blue Beacon next door, I hit up Flying J to fill both my petrol and propane tanks. This location is popular, and the layout tricky, but, thanks to a couple of very friendly and helpful employees, we got it done! Part of the issue here is that the propane tank is on the wrong side for my fill connection, meaning I have to enter the lane the way most people exit. The delay waiting for the RV pumps to free up worked in my favour, and I managed to pull out of San Antonio (Florida) with all the to-do boxes checked 😄 With a reservation at a state park 2.25 hours away, the clock ticking, and rush hour approaching, I had to do a straight-shot, non-stop run. Should have some more interesting tid-bits to share tomorrow – today was a good dose of the "mundane" side of #rvlife 🚐 • #gorving #spendhoursattruckstops #55gallontank #cantbeinarush #thoraxis #axis @pilotflyingj #sanantonio #nonotthatone #ontheroadagain #rvchores #worththehassle #LoveFL
