There was an historical marker just up from the Rotary Park on San Felipe Creek. More importantly, the current owner of the historic house is a VW enthusiast 😁 There was a Bug in the parking area by the street, a split window bus out back, and a bay nestled into the gorgeous lot with a view over the creek. Nice to see such a wide range of history in one place!
